I have been with this practice for 38 years and have never been as happy with a GP as I am with Dr Hasafa. Her approach is professional ,yet friendly and although doctors are supposed to listen to the patient, they rarely do, However Dr Hasafa actually listens. I never feel rushed and feel at ease to talk about my symptoms. I also feel that Dr Hasafa is not tainted by the standard acceptance of apathy within protocols for the NHS, she pushes on the patient's behalf to make sure they are seen as soon as possible, by the correct specialist and allays fear and anxieties by thoroughly explaining the situation. Sadly I cannot imagine Dr Hasafa will be staying at the practice, she is outstanding and I think she will climb to shine even brighter elsewhere and that will be a terrible shame for the patients. In Dr Hasafa's thoroughness to support the patients, she is not slow to arrange whatever is necessary and I feel her enthusiasm will soon be curbed by the decision makers concerned with the budgetary aspects of patient care, I imagine this doctor will be deemed as non cost effective. Again, what a shame, patient care should never be compromised by accounting.
Dr Zahraa is a great Doctor who takes time to listen and give good sound advice and care. We are lucky to have found her and have her as our GP.
Dr Hasafa is a very caring doctor who has seen us through the joy of having our newest baby to helping us with our deep loss of loosing a baby mid term and all manner of things inbetween. Myself and my husband would often choose to see her and she remembers and asks after our daughters. I would recommend her to any patients.
Good Doctor.
